Michele Vevang

One thing has always remained constant in Michele's career - creativity. She found her home as a stylist in 1998, focusing her creativity to provide natural and complementary styling services like multidimensional foils, tints and haircuts. When it comes to technique, Michele has learned from the best - Rocco Altobelli and the Vidal Sassoon Academy. She's constantly staying current with product and color education from Davines and Sojurn. Prior to founding Foiled Again, her professional canvas was colored with a graphic design/printmaking degree from UW‐Stout, printmaking experience, and a few "character‐building" jobs. On the rare occasion she's not at the salon, Michele can be found taking photos, shopping at thrift stores, or hanging around Northeast (she lives near the salon) with her husband and two children.

Jessica Wojtowicz

Jessica started in the industry at the Regency Beauty Academy in 2000. After graduation she continued her education with advanced training from Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell and Davines. For three years Jessica worked a full service salon and spa where she educated other stylists in the latest trends and techniques. In 2005 she decided to move to a location closer to home and joined Foiled Again. Jessica offers cuts, colors, foils, special occasion styling and waxing. Jessica now works a few blocks from where she grew up in Northeast Minneapolis and loves being part of the community and supporting local businesses. Jessica's priority is continuing her education in order to offer her clients the latest and best in hair color.

Emily Koski

After graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a marketing degree and spending three years climbing the corporate ladder at Target, Emily yearned for more creative fulfillment. She left Target and enrolled at the noted Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. After graduating she honed her cutting and styling skills as a Bumble and Bumble Educator, taking courses in Minneapolis, New York and Chicago. In 2006 Emily joined the Foiled Again family. Emily does everything from hair cutting and coloring to makeup. She also does hair and makeup for special events, bridal parties and other occasions. Amy McClanahan

A native Minnesotan and St. Catherine's graduate holding degrees in both English and Art, Amy comes to Foiled Again Salon with nearly 20 years experience in the beauty industry. She has been doing hair in NYC for the last 12 years, both behind the chair and in the fashion world doing editorial and runway work. While living in New York she compiled training from vast schools of technique including Bumble and Bumble and Vidal Sassoon. She enjoys the relationships she builds with her clients and applying her art background to each 'do', working with the client to create each one's individual look. She continues to divide her time between Brooklyn, NY and Northeast Minneapolis, where her work finds inspiration in many forms.

Aubrey Thoren

Aubrey’s passion for people and art made a career as a stylist an obvious choice. Curly, wavy or straight hair, her goal is to ensure clients feel confident about their new style. With a cosmetology license from the Aveda Institute and an associate’s degree from Northwestern College with an emphasis in art, Aubrey is a big believer in ongoing education to stay on top of the latest trends in coloring via advanced courses with the Sassoon Academy, and Aveda. When she is away from her chair, Aubrey loves spending time with her husband Adam and her two pups.
